Terms and Conditions

By accessing and using the services of KetBia (hereinafter "the Service"), operated by Ketlin (hereinafter "the Provider"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any of these terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Service Identification

KetBia is a personal fitness coaching brand offering personalized training routines, nutrition plans, and general health and wellness guidance. Services are provided digitally through social media, messaging platforms, and other digital channels.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Using any communication channel associated with KetBia (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Threads, Discord, WhatsApp, email, or others) implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. This acceptance is valid regardless of whether a prior payment has been made.

On WhatsApp specifically, a notice is sent at the start of every conversation informing the user that continuing the chat constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. No claim of unawareness will be accepted.

3. Services Description

Services offered include, but are not limited to:

  • Personalized training routines
  • Orientative nutrition plans
  • Online fitness coaching and follow-up
  • Educational content on health and wellness

Important notice: KetBia's services are orientative in nature and do not constitute medical advice, clinical nutritional counseling, or health treatment. For any medical condition, consult a certified health professional.

4. Payments, Refunds and Cancellations

4.1 No Refund Policy

KetBia does not offer refunds under any circumstances. This policy exists due to the inherent limitations of the payment platforms used (PayPal, Wise, and others). Every transaction — both incoming and outgoing — incurs processing fees charged by these platforms. Issuing a refund would require KetBia to absorb two sets of fees: the original transaction fee and the refund transaction fee. This results in a net financial loss for both the Provider and the client, and is therefore not a viable option.

4.2 Partial Payments

If a client sends a partial payment (an amount less than the full price of their chosen plan), the service will not begin until the full amount has been received. The client is responsible for covering the remaining balance. KetBia will hold partial payments for a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date of the first payment.

If the full balance is not received within 30 days, the partial payment will be forfeited. KetBia will allocate those funds toward platform fees, taxes, or other operational costs. The client will need to pay the full plan price again from scratch to initiate service. No claims regarding forfeited partial payments will be accepted, as these Terms are accepted upon any form of contact or communication with KetBia.

4.3 No Claims Policy

By engaging with KetBia through any channel — including but not limited to the website, social media, WhatsApp, email, or any other platform — the client acknowledges and accepts this payment policy in full. These Terms are presented and accepted at every point of contact, including a mandatory notice sent at the beginning of every WhatsApp conversation. No exceptions will be made.

5. User Conduct — Zero Tolerance Policy

KetBia is a space of wellness, respect, and community. The Provider reserves the right to block all communication and report channels for any of the following behaviors, regardless of prior payment:

  • Offensive language, insults, threats, or harassment of any kind
  • Unsolicited or inappropriate sexual content
  • Persistent harassment, digital stalking, or repeated unwanted contact
  • Intentions unrelated to the fitness service offered
  • Identity fraud or use of false information
  • Defamation or damage to KetBia's reputation
  • Any conduct that creates a hostile or unsafe environment

The Provider may, at her sole discretion: block the user on all platforms without prior notice, report the conduct to the relevant platforms, file a complaint with competent authorities, and publish evidence of the incident on any public platform, solely to protect her safety, privacy, and reputation, and to warn the community.

6. Intellectual Property

All content published under the KetBia brand — including routines, plans, texts, images, videos, logos, and designs — is the exclusive property of the Provider and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Provider shall not be liable for:

  • Injuries, physical damage, or health issues resulting from incorrect use of delivered plans
  • Specific training results, as these depend on individual effort, consistency, and physical condition
  • Service interruptions due to causes beyond her control

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Lima, Peru, without prejudice to the rights that local law may grant the user in their country of residence.

9. Modifications

KetBia reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with the update date. Continued use of the Service after changes are published implies acceptance of the new terms.
